Vaughn Bethell has been with the REsimpli family for over 5 years now, and was one of the first people who joined in with us. Through this journey with REsimpli, Vaughn believes that REsimpli has helped him achieve his goals as an investor. South Carolina has a new law in place which does not allow listing a property which is not owned by the lister, which makes closing and double closing impossible. This is why Vaughn and his team engage in owner financing, giving people true ownership to their properties. Currently Vaughn and his team purchase 5-6 properties a month and give 4 ownerships a month.

Vaughn and his team of 9 people operate in South Carolina primarily, but also Upstate, Midlands and the Northern side of South Carolina.
