Eric Rubin is a real estate investor and a real estate broker, living in Atlanta, Georgia. His real estate investing is done within Atlanta, and he is a solo investor running all of his business. Eric takes the burden of his business all on himself by maintaining everything alone, but he runs his business smartly and efficiently by taking in only higher profit-margin deals. Instead of focusing on the quantity of deals, he works out the deals that offer him the best value, and targets them.
