Text Editor Changes

Step by Step Guide:

Here are step-by-step instructions for using the new text editor in REsimpli comments:

1. Open the lead or property you want to add a comment to.
2. Scroll down to the comments section and click the “Add Comment” button.
3. Type your comment in the text box.
4. To add a hyperlink, highlight the text you want to make a hyperlink and click the “Insert/Edit Link” button (looks like a chain link) in the toolbar.
5. In the popup window, enter the URL you want to link to and click “Insert”. The selected text will now be a hyperlink.
6. To format your text, select the text you want to format and use the formatting options in the toolbar. You can make text bold, italic, underlined, or strikethrough, and create numbered or bulleted lists.
7. Click the “Submit” button to save your comment.

Note: You can also view and edit your existing comments using the same text editor. Just click the “Edit” button next to the comment you want to modify, make your changes, and click “Submit”.
