How to customize your Lead Intake form in REsimpli
1. On the REsimpli CRM, click on the right sidebar menu. Select Custom Questions.
2. To add a custom section, click Add Custom Section in the upper right-hand corner of the window. A new window will open.
3. Fill out the form. Click the Add Section button. Section Added Successfully notice will pop up in the upper right corner of the screen.
4. Scroll down to see the added section. Click Add Custom Question to add questions on the newly added section.
- Fill out the Question section and select from the Question Type.
- Type in the Data Source (or answer to choose from).
- Click the Add Question button. Question Added Successfully notice will pop up in the upper right corner of the screen.
i. Select Radio list for a Yes or No selection.
ii. Select Multi-Line Text for the answer in Text or Paragraph form.
iii. Select Currency question type for Currency Format answer.
4. To move the Custom Section, simply drag-and-drop the Custom Section to the selected place. 5. To check the newly added Custom Section and Questions on the Lead section.
- Click on the left sidebar menu, click Leads → Active Leads.
- Click Add Lead in the upper right corner. The Motivation Questions will be displayed.
