Here’s a step-by-step SOP instruction for setting up a campaign in REsimpli:

  1. Log in to your REsimpli account and go to the main dashboard, which is the home page.
  2. Click on the drop-down button located in the upper right corner of the page.
  3. Select “Manage numbers” from the drop-down menu.
  4. On the “Manage numbers” page, click on the “Buy numbers” button located in the upper right corner.
  5. Enter the desired area code for the phone number you want to purchase.
  6. Click on “Continue” at the bottom of the page.
  7. Fill in all the necessary fields needed for the number to be set up as your campaign number.
  8. Select whether the number will be a seller’s number or a buyer’s number.
  9. Assign a campaign name to the number. Be specific to ensure accuracy in your lead tracking.
  10. Choose the lead source and flow name for the number.
  11. Select the lead assignment option. You have three options to choose from: round-robin, first to claim, or manual assignment.
  12. Enable the necessary roles for the campaign, such as acquisition manager or lead manager.
  13. Review and agree to the terms and conditions for buying a phone number.
  14. Check the box to confirm your agreement and click on the “Confirm” button.
  15. Your campaign number is now set up, and you can find information about the assignment types in the “Manage numbers” page.
