Step by Step Guide:

Setting up In-App Answering System on REsimpli:

Step 1: Login to your REsimpli account.

Step 2: Access your managed numbers page.

Step 3: Select your call flow.

Step 4: Click on the “Add Call Flow” option located at the upper right corner of your screen.

Step 5: Name your call flow.

Step 6: Select if you want the calls to be recorded or not.

Step 7: Choose whether to display the caller’s number or simply phone number.

Step 8: Select the time zone.

Step 9: Choose the days and hours you want your call flow to be active.

Step 10: Select “Single-Forward” option.

Step 11: Choose whether you want to select in-app answering or not.

Step 12: If you want to receive the phone calls, select “Acquisition Manager.”

Step 13: Please take note that whoever is the assigned acquisition manager will receive the call.

Step 14: Set up voicemail option in case your acquisition manager is not available to answer the call.

Step 15: Set up your non-business hours to route calls to voicemail.

Step 16: Save your changes.

Step 17: Auto SMS Auto ringless voicemail can be disabled if needed.
