How To Enter New Transaction in REsimpli

1. Go to the left sidebar menu. Click FINANCIALS → Banking.
  1. Click a bank account, for example, PERFBUS CHK (Chase). The bank details will be displayed.
  2. Select the transaction date. 
  3. Select Vendor. Select from the drop-down list, for example, ABC Marketing.
  4. Select Method. Select from the drop-down list, for example, Online.
  5. Select Property Address. Select from the drop-down list, for example, General Business. 
  6. Select Account. Select from the drop-down list, for example, Direct Mail.
  7. Select Campaign. All campaigns for Direct Mail will be displayed (Absentee List or Handwritten Letter).
  8. Click Save. Account Updated Successfully notice will pop up.

2. To search for the transaction details/ history:

  1. Go to the left sidebar menu. Click FINANCIALS → Account Tags.
  2. Click the Filter () icon. The Filter Account Tag window will open.
  3. Fill out the information to filter.
  4. Click the Apply Filter button.

The filtered data for Direct Mail will be displayed.

e. Click Account Name (Direct Mail) to view the transaction details. The list of transactions made to Direct Mail will be displayed.

f. Clicking the DATE of the transaction will display the transaction details for a specific vendor.
