Introduction: In this tutorial, we will show you how to use the new Dispo tab in REsimpli to add and manage buyer contacts and interested buyers. With this new feature, you can keep everything organized and easily manage multiple offers for a property.
Requirements:
Access to REsimpli
A list of interested buyers and their offers
Step 1: Log in to REsimpli
Open your web browser and navigate to the REsimpli website.
Enter your login credentials and click “Log in.”
Step 2: Access the Dispo tab
Once you are logged in, navigate to the “Leads” section.
Click on the “Dispo” tab.
Step 3: Add a buyer or agent
To add a buyer or agent, click on the “Add Dispo” button in the top right corner.
Enter the contact details and click “Save.”
Step 4: Add interested buyers for a property
If you have multiple buyers interested in a property, click on the “Add Property” button under the interested buyers section.
Enter the property details and add the offers from each buyer.
Once you have made a decision on which offer to accept, click “Accept” next to the selected buyer’s offer.
The selected buyer will be moved from the interested buyer section to the buyer section, and the number of deals with that specific buyer will be updated.
Step 5: Manage interested buyers
To manage your interested buyers, click on the “Interested Buyers” section.
Here, you can view all of the interested buyers for a specific property, along with their offers.
If you need to remove an interested buyer, click on the “Remove” button next to their offer.
