Changes to Replies to Comments from Dashboard

Step by Step Guide:

Here are step-by-step instructions for using the new comment reply feature:

1. Log in to your REsimpli account.
2. Go to the “Comments” section and click on the comment you want to reply to.
3. Click on the “Reply” button located below the comment.
4. The system will automatically tag the person who sent the comment.
5. Write your reply in the text editor and use the formatting options if necessary.
6. If you want to add a link, paste the link in the text editor.
7. Click on the “Save” button to save your reply.
8. The system will now send your reply to the person who sent the comment, and they will receive a notification about it.
9. The person can click on the link you added (if applicable) by clicking on it in the comment.
10. You can also see your reply and the original comment in the “Property” section, if it is related to a specific property.
