Call Log Changes

Step by Step Guide:

Here are the step-by-step instructions on how to use the updated call logs feature in REsimpli:

  1. Log in to your REsimpli account.
  2. Click on the “Call Logs” tab on the dashboard.
  3. You will see a new column added for “Property Address” and “Owner Name” in the call log table.
  4. You can now view incoming and outgoing calls, along with the property address and owner name.
  5. You can also filter the call log by a specific campaign. To do this, click on the “Filter” button on the top right corner of the screen.
  6. Select the campaign you want to filter by from the dropdown menu.
  7. The call log will now show only the activities related to the selected campaign, including incoming and outgoing calls, and text messages.
  8. You can also see the status of the lead in the call log.
  9. If you want to export the call log, click on the “Export” button on the top right corner of the screen.
  10. Choose the file format you want to export it to, such as CSV or Excel.
  11. Save the file on your computer or device.
