Unit Number for Property Addresses

Step by Step Guide:

Step-by-Step guide for Adding Property Addresses with Unit Numbers in REsimpli:

  1. Log in to your REsimpli account.
  2. Navigate to the property page for which you want to add or update the address with a unit number.
  3. Click on the “Edit” button located near the property address to modify the address details.
  4. If you receive a notification that the address is already associated with another record in your account, you have the option to add a unit number for multi-unit properties.
  5. Enter the unit number without adding the word “unit” or the hash sign (#) directly after the street address. For example, if the address is “4816 Kerry Street, East Chicago,” and you want to add unit number 2, simply enter “2” after the street address.
  6. Click on the “Save” button to update the property address with the unit number.
  7. The updated address will now be displayed on the property page, showing the unit number. For example, “4816 Kerry Street, Unit 2, East Chicago.”
  8. If you attempt to enter the same unit number for the same address, the system will display an error message, preventing duplication.
  9. To add a different unit number for the same property address, simply follow steps 3-6, inputting the new unit number.
  10. If you have any questions or require assistance, contact REsimpli support at support@resimpli.com.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage and track multi-unit property addresses within your REsimpli account.
