Remove from “Open” Status from Main Leads Page

Step-by-Step guide for Removing Open Batches from Leads in REsimpli

  1. Log in to your REsimpli account.
  2. Locate the leads section where you can view the list of leads and their current status.
  3. Find the lead(s) with an open batch that you want to remove.
  4. To remove the open batch for a lead, simply click on the “Open Batch” button or icon next to the lead. You do not need to open the lead’s details to do this.
  5. The system will automatically remove the open batch from the lead’s status and update the count of open batches accordingly.
  6. To confirm the updated count of leads with open batches, check the number displayed next to the “Open Batches” status. This number should now be reduced by the number of leads whose open batches you removed.

By following these steps, you can quickly and efficiently remove open batches from leads without needing to open each lead’s details in your REsimpli account.
