How to Use File Sharing and Managing in REsimpli

Step by Step Guide:

Step 1: Access the lead

  • Go to the lead page in REsimpli.

Step 2: Create a new folder

  • Click on the “Files” tab.
  • Click on “Create New Folder”.
  • Name the folder (e.g., “Seller Pictures”).

Step 3: Set sharing options

  • Click on the “Share” button.
  • Click on “Enable Share”.
  • Choose one of the three permission options:
    1. View files only.
    2. View files and add new files.
    3. View files, add new files, and delete files.

Step 4: Share the link with the seller

  • Click “Save” to copy the link to the clipboard.
  • Send the link to the seller and ask them to upload pictures or videos.

Step 5: Monitor the upload process

  • After the seller has uploaded the files, refresh the screen to see the new files added to the folder.

Step 6: Disable sharing (optional)

• Once the seller has shared the files, you can disable the sharing link by clicking on “Disable” in the sharing options.

Step 7: Move files (optional)

  • To move files from one folder to another, select the files you want to move.
  • Click on the “Move” button and choose the destination folder.
  • The files will be moved to the new folder.

Step 8: Delete files (optional)

  • If you have given the seller the option to delete files, they will be able to see the “Delete” button and remove any unwanted files.

Remember, REsimpli’s file-sharing feature is designed to replace the need for Google Drive or Dropbox, so make the most of it to simplify your processes. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to REsimpli support.
