Click on the 10 DLC registration icon located at the top left corner of the page.
Read through the information provided on the new tab that opens up. This will give you an understanding of what the 10 DLC is and why you need to register.
Click on “Private Company” to proceed to the registration form.
Fill out all the necessary information on the registration form, ensuring that your email address and company website domain are the same.

In the “Campaign and Sample Messages” section, provide a brief description of what the campaign will be used for and a sample text message that you will be sending out.
After completing the form, click “Submit Form”.
Wait for 10 to 15 business days for the carrier to process your registration.
Check the status of your phone numbers by going to the “Managed Numbers” page on your account. If your phone number says “Linked”, it is approved for 10 DLC. If it says “Not Linked”, it is not yet approved.
Even if your phone number says “Not Linked”, you can still make calls and send out text messages. However, there is a possibility that your text message will not go through depending on the restrictions set by the carrier.
