How to Filter Dead Leads by the Reason

Step by Step Guide:

Step 1: Log in to your REsimpli account

  • Open your browser and go to the REsimpli website.
  • Enter your login credentials and sign in to your account.

Step 2: Access the “Dead Leads” section

  • On the dashboard, locate and click on the “Dead Leads” section to view your list of dead leads.

Step 3: Find the filter option

  • In the Dead Leads section, look for the filter option to sort your leads based on technique reasons.

Step 4: Filter by technique reasons

  • Click on the filter option and choose the technique reason you want to filter by (e.g., cellulose too much or solicitation).

Step 5: Review filtered leads

  • The filtered list will now display all the leads that moved to the dead leads based on the selected technique reason. If there are no leads that match the selected reason, the list will be empty.

Step 6: View the reason for each lead

  • To see why a specific lead couldn’t be contacted, click on the lead to open its details. At the end of the lead information, you will find the reason for it being marked as a dead lead.

Step 7: Adjust the filter as needed

  • If you want to see leads based on a different technique reason, go back to the filter option and select the new reason. The list will update to show leads that match the new criteria.

Remember to periodically check and update your filters in the Dead Leads section to manage your leads effectively and efficiently.
