How to Check whether SMS has been Delivered or Not
Step by Step Guide:
- Log in to your REsimpli account.
- Navigate to the “Activity” section on the left side of the page.
- Click on “Call Logs” within the “Activity” section.
- Click on “Filter” to apply specific search criteria.
- Select “Outgoing SMS” to filter the results for outgoing text messages.
- A new option for “Select SMS status” will appear. Choose the desired statuses such as “Delivered” and “Sent.”
- The system will display a list of SMS messages with their respective statuses.
- Look for the following icons to determine the delivery status:
- A green checkmark indicates that the message has been delivered.
- An orange icon indicates that the message has been sent but not confirmed as delivered (typically occurs with VoIP numbers).
- A red icon indicates that the message was not delivered.
