How Can I Delete a Note?

Just go to a lead and click the “Notes” tab, then hover your mouse beside the pin icon and you’ll have the option to delete your note/s.

Step by Step Guide:

1. Log in to your REsimpli account.
2. Locate the lead with the note you want to delete.
3. Click on the specific lead to view its details.
4. Find the note you wish to delete within the lead’s information.
5. Hover your cursor over the note to reveal additional options.
6. You will see three options: Edit, Delete, and Pin. To delete the note, click on the “Delete” option (usually represented by a trash bin icon).
7. A confirmation prompt may appear. If it does, confirm your decision to delete the note.
8. The note should now be deleted from the lead’s information.
