How Can I Add Multiple Phone Numbers to a Lead?

Click on “Add contact” and it will give you an option to add another contact for a lead.

Here are the step-by-step instructions on how to add multiple phone numbers to a lead in the REsimpli system:

1. Log in to your REsimpli account.
2. Click on the “Leads” tab on the left side of the dashboard.
3. Select the “Active Leads” tab from the top of the screen.
4. Choose the lead that you want to add multiple phone numbers to by clicking on it.
5. Click on the “Add Contact” button.
6. In the pop-up window, select “Seller Contact” as the contact type.
7. Choose the subtype you want to add, such as a secondary number or a work number, from the drop-down list.
8. Enter the name of the contact in the “Name” field.
9. Enter the phone number in the “Phone” field.
10. Add an email address, if necessary, in the “Email” field.
11. Click on the “Save” button to save the new contact information.
12. Repeat steps 5-11 if you want to add more phone numbers to the same lead.
