Step-by-Step guide for Adding Tasks in REsimpli:

  1. Log in to your REsimpli account.
  2. To add a general business task, locate the “Add Task” button on the dashboard.
  3. Click the “Add Task” button, and a new window will appear, allowing you to input task details.
  4. Enter the task name, such as “Send marketing direct mail.”
  5. Choose a task type from the available options, such as “Marketing.”
  6. Assign the task to a team member or yourself by selecting the appropriate name from the drop-down menu.
  7. Set the task due date by clicking on the calendar icon and choosing the desired date.
  8. If you want a reminder, select the reminder method (SMS or Email) and specify when you want the reminder to be sent.
  9. Click on the “Save” or “Create” button to add the task.
  10. To add a task to a specific lead, open the lead page and navigate to the “Tasks and Appointments” section.
  11. Click on “Add Task” and fill in the task details as described in steps 4-8.
  12. If you want to create a general business task while working within a lead, select the option for a general task instead of a lead task.
  13. All your general business tasks will be listed in your “Tasks” page, accessible from the main dashboard.
  14. As tasks become due, you’ll receive reminders based on your preferences, and the tasks will appear on your task account page.
