From Assigned to Buyer to Sold

Step by Step Guide:

Introduction:
In this tutorial, we will show you how to move a property from “Assigned to Buyer” to “Sold” status in REsimpli. With the recent update, we have simplified the process by no longer asking for purchase price and purchase date information.

Requirements:

• Access to REsimpli
• Property assigned to a buyer

Step 1: Log in to REsimpli

• Open your web browser and navigate to the REsimpli website.
• Enter your login credentials and click “Log in.”

Step 2: Access the Property

• Once you are logged in, navigate to the “Assigned to Buyer” section.
• Click on the property you want to move to “Sold” status.

Step 3: Move Property to “Sold” status

• On the property page, click on the “Move to Sold” button.
• Enter the information in the following fields:
  • Assignment Fee
  • Contract Closing Date
  • Investment Type (e.g. Wholesale)
• Click “Save.”

Step 4: View Property in “Sold” status

• Navigate to the “Sold” section.
• Click on the property you just moved to “Sold” status.
• The property page will display the following information:
  • Investment Type
  • Under Contract with Seller Date
  • Seller Contract Price
  • Assignment Date
  • Assignment Fee
  • Contract Closing Date
