Yes, as long as your sub-users have access to add/buy additional credit to your account.

• Go to manage user and click access permissions and look for “Other permissions” and enable “Buy Additional credits”.
• Click on “Balance” to buy additional credits.

And from there your sub-users have the options to buy/add additional credits to your account.
