Call Log Changes
Step by Step Guide:
Here are the step-by-step instructions on how to use the updated call logs feature in REsimpli:
- Log in to your REsimpli account.
- Click on the “Call Logs” tab on the dashboard.
- You will see a new column added for “Property Address” and “Owner Name” in the call log table.
- You can now view incoming and outgoing calls, along with the property address and owner name.
- You can also filter the call log by a specific campaign. To do this, click on the “Filter” button on the top right corner of the screen.
- Select the campaign you want to filter by from the dropdown menu.
- The call log will now show only the activities related to the selected campaign, including incoming and outgoing calls, and text messages.
- You can also see the status of the lead in the call log.
- If you want to export the call log, click on the “Export” button on the top right corner of the screen.
- Choose the file format you want to export it to, such as CSV or Excel.
- Save the file on your computer or device.
