After reviewing data on all the deals that went through our system, we found that direct mail performed the best in terms of the number of deals closed. While it did not have the highest conversion rate from leads to deals, it did generate the most video support investors. On the other hand, referrals had the highest conversion rate from leads to deals, with 10% of leads converting to deals. Buying properties from other wholesalers also had a decent conversion rate, with a little over 3% of leads converting to deals.
PPC was in the middle, with the last quarter of the year being slow for this marketing channel. However, we are hopeful that the new year will bring better results. We also noticed that the number of leads coming in for already invested properties went up, so we shut down paper lead campaigns. Instead, cold calling and direct mail will be our focus as we advance.
