Assigning a Marketing Campaign Before Calling

1. Go to the left sidebar menu, click Leads → Active Leads.

2. To Add Lead, click Add Lead in the upper right corner of the screen. A new window will open.

3. Fill out the information.

  • a. First Name & Last Name
  • b. Primary Phone Number
  • c. Primary Email
  • d. Lead Source
  • e. Campaign Name
  • f. Date Created
  • g. Market

4. Click Add Lead.

Important:

The image below is an error that can be encountered when making calls or sending SMS.

To prevent this error, make sure to fill out the Campaign Name. Refer to Edit Lead on the next step.

5. To Edit Lead:

  • a. Open the Lead. Go to the right sidebar menu, click Actions.
  • b. Click edit icon. Edit window will open.

  • c. Go to Campaign name, select from the drop-down list. Click the Edit Lead button.

6. To check if the error was eliminated:

  • a. Hover the mouse over the Lead’s GENERAL INFO.
  • b. Click the call icon or SMS icon (SMS sent successfully notice will pop up in the upper right corner of the screen).
