Log in to your REsimpli account.
Locate the leads section where you can view the list of leads and their current status.
Find the lead(s) with an open batch that you want to remove.
To remove the open batch for a lead, simply click on the “Open Batch” button or icon next to the lead. You do not need to open the lead’s details to do this.
The system will automatically remove the open batch from the lead’s status and update the count of open batches accordingly.
To confirm the updated count of leads with open batches, check the number displayed next to the “Open Batches” status. This number should now be reduced by the number of leads whose open batches you removed.
