Access to View Other’s Home Dashboard
Step by Step Guide:
Log in to your REsimpli account.
Click on “Manage User” on the left-hand menu.
Select the user that you want to give access to other people’s dashboard.
Click on “Edit” on the right-hand side of the user’s name.
Scroll down to “Access Permissions” and click on it.
Enable “Access to other home dashboard”.
Click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page.
The user now has access to other people’s dashboards.
To access another person’s dashboard, the user can click on the dropdown menu on the top right corner and select the person’s name.
The dashboard will switch to the selected person’s dashboard, and the user can view all the information on that dashboard.
To switch back to their own dashboard, the user can click on the dropdown menu again and select their own name.
The user can view all the information specific to the selected person, including past due tasks, open needs, and internal inbox messages.
The user can click on each item to view the details and take action as needed.
Repeat the process for other users that need access to other people’s dashboards.
