James Gotimer has been a part of the REsimpli family for about 3 years, and he has had his fair share of software usage for his real estate investing. James and his small team operate in the very tough market of Arizona. Despite the small size of his team, maintaining this amount of deals in this market can be very tough – on top of that, James is looking to scale his business up and look towards sustaining a higher deal volume and team size in the future.
