Devin Lewis works in acquisitions for Blue Tape Construction and is one of the main people running the REsimpli system within the company. Working in acquisitions means he needs to have a proper look through of the system, and even though he’s only been there since August, 2025, he has already closed 2 fix and flip deals in 2 months. Apart from fix and flips, he passes off people who are looking to sell at market value to another company. However, Devin feels confident in being able to reach a target of 2 fix and flip deals a month in 2026 with REsimpli.
Devin works in the Nebraska market, overseeing Omaha and Lincoln, doing fix and flips and wholesale deals. Currently, it is just him and a transaction coordinator.
Devin has only been using REsimpli for 2 months and he swears by its usefulness till the point where he has made a point of never changing it. He remarked that anyone on the fence should just buy REsimpli and start working, and thank him later. Using REsimpli has given Devin the confidence to be able to aim for 24 fix and flip deals next year. The organization within REsimpli for KPIs to leads has left him in love with the system, and he is looking towards implementing the AI features as well, to further increase their deal closure rate.
