Bill Goodland is a real estate investor and has been in the industry for 5 and a half years in late 2025. Bill is originally from Long Island, New York, but currently runs his operations in the Lee High Valley in Philadelphia. He deals mostly in buy-and-holds, fix-and-flips, and wholesaling, alongside other ventures.
