  2. Navigate to the “Activity” section on the left side of the page.
  3. Click on “Call Logs” within the “Activity” section.
  4. Click on “Filter” to apply specific search criteria.
  5. Select “Outgoing SMS” to filter the results for outgoing text messages.
  6. A new option for “Select SMS status” will appear. Choose the desired statuses such as “Delivered” and “Sent.”
  7. The system will display a list of SMS messages with their respective statuses.
  8. Look for the following icons to determine the delivery status:
    • A green checkmark indicates that the message has been delivered.
    • An orange icon indicates that the message has been sent but not confirmed as delivered (typically occurs with VoIP numbers).
    • A red icon indicates that the message was not delivered.
