Adding Default Number to Leads in Other Campaigns

To add a default number, go to the left sidebar menu.

a. Click Leads → Active Leads.

b. Click the Add Lead in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. A new window will open.

c. Fill out the Contact Info window.

• First Name, Last Name
• Primary Contact Number
• Lead Source, for example, Billboard (this a Lead Source without specific campaigns running).
• Default Number, select default number. Click the drop-down list to select from the phone numbers assigned to campaigns.

d. Click the Add Lead button.

To view the default number set to a lead, go to the left sidebar menu.

a. Click Leads → Active Leads.

b. Click the Lead details. The default number will be displayed. Note: The KPI will be tracked under “Billboard → Others”.

To view the available number that can be used as the default number:

a. Go to the right sidebar menu. Select Manage Number. The list of the phone numbers will be displayed.
