Popup to Keep or Stop Drip for Each Status

Step by Step Guide:

  1. Log in to your REsimpli account.
  2. Access one of your leads in the system by selecting the lead from the list or using the search function.
  3. Once you have the lead open, click on the “Activate Drip Campaign” button or link to initiate the process.
  4. A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to select the drip campaign you would like to activate. Choose the appropriate campaign from the drop-down menu.
  5. After selecting a drip campaign, the pop-up window will display the first message in the campaign and its scheduled time.
  6. If you wish to change the timing of the first message, click on the option that says, “Would you like to change the timing on the first message?” and adjust the time as needed.
  7. To enable the Auto Stop feature, locate the option that says, “Would you like to Auto Stop the drip once you receive a call or SMS from the lead?” Toggle the switch to “On” position.
  8. If you do not want the system to Auto Stop the drip campaign when the lead calls or texts back, toggle the same switch to the “Off” position.
  9. After configuring the settings, click on the “Save” or “Activate” button to finalize the activation of the drip campaign.

Remember, enabling the Auto Stop feature will automatically stop the drip campaign when the lead calls or texts back. Disabling it will allow the drip campaign to continue, regardless of the lead’s response.
