1. To update the Lead when the call is ongoing – minimize the screen of call, or move the call window anywhere in the screen.
2. To edit the Lead, click the Actions button in the upper right corner of the screen.
3. Click the edit icon. Provide the necessary edit.
4. Click Save. Lead Updated Successfully notice will pop up on the screen.
5. To leave a message/ tag someone, type the message and @ to mention someone in the Activity Logs section. Click Send icon.
6. Browse the Lead section to view the updates made on the edit section.
All calls or messages sent during the call can also be browsed in Homepage → Dashboard section.
