Yesterday’s REsimpli Mastermind featured Tyler Scott walking through how REsimpli’s upcoming 6.0 release, open API, and Autonomous Lead Manager will change lead intake, outbound, dispo, and buyer workflows. Below is a recap of the major topics and practical takeaways from the discussion.
Topic: 6.0 Release & Open API
Challenge: Teams need deeper automation and reliable integrations without duct-taping multiple systems.
6.0 launch date: August 15, 2026. It includes an open API, webhooks, and more built-in automations (visual workflows similar to GoHighLevel/Zapier-level automations).
API will provide an API token and webhooks so you can integrate REsimpli with tools like Monday.com, Notion, external dialers, or your own webhooks.
Many user-requested fixes and features were consolidated into 6.0 to make the system more ready out-of-the-box.
Topic: Autonomous Lead Manager
Challenge: Current AI agents are helpful but don’t yet fully replace a lead manager.
Key points:
Autonomous is in testing and will launch a few weeks after 6.0 (target: within the same month). Tyler expects a free trial at launch.
Autonomous will manage end-to-end lead workflows: inbound intake, speed-to-lead, SMS, calls, moving leads between buckets, and following custom cadences.
Unlike current agents, Autonomous can set follow-up tasks/appointments for itself and run bulk actions (e.g., re-contact leads not contacted in 60+ days).
Classification will be transparent: Autonomous will suggest intents (dead lead, call back, set appointment, etc.) and let you map those intents to your pipeline stages. You retain override authority and can configure what happens for each AI classification.
Topic: AI Voice & Inbound Lead Intake
Challenge: Warm inbound calls sometimes drop or route to voicemail; ring-duration controls are limited.
Key points:
Users reported issues with the AI voice getting “lost” and terminating calls; REsimpli runs bi-weekly voice updates and is addressing reported call-edge cases.
Current minimum ring time before routing to AI is 15 seconds; Tyler will work to allow shorter options (5–10s) so live reps can pick up sooner and then fall back to AI when appropriate.
If you encounter a specific problematic call, support/engineering can review recordings to fix voice issues.
Topic: Outbound AI & Drip Campaign Approach
Challenge: How to use AI for outbound without losing control or overshooting leads.
Key points:
Outbound via AI is currently implemented primarily within drip campaigns. Example cadence Tyler uses for new leads:
Turn conversational AI on for SMS immediately.
Schedule an AI outbound call 5 minutes after lead arrival; if no answer, another call 1 hour later, then 5 hours later — all during business hours.
If a lead answers, the drip cancels further outreach.
You can mix AI calls, AI texting, and manual tasks in drips (e.g., set a manual review after 1 month).
Tip: Use automation to start with cheap touchpoints (SMS) and escalate to calls and direct mail
Topic: Replacing or Augmenting an ISA
Challenge: Teams want to know if AI can replace an ISA / lead manager.
Key points:
The current AI can handle many inbound and outbound tasks (set phone appointments via SMS, take inbound calls, do outbound for drips), but still relies on human handoffs for some tasks (e.g., certain appointment confirmations).
Autonomous is intended to be a closer substitute for a full lead manager because it can schedule and manage follow-up tasks autonomously.
Recommendation: Use AI as a backup for warm inbound leads or to scale volume; keep human oversight for financial decisions until you trust the AI’s qualification logic.
Topic: Lead Management Workflows — Manual vs Round Robin
Challenge: Businesses that don’t assign leads to an acquisitions manager immediately need different notifications and visibility.
Key points:
For teams that want every acquisitions manager notified on every new lead (but not assigned), set leads to be visible to all team members and use manual assignment. Each user must enable notifications for the relevant campaigns (web/mobile settings).
Current limitation: owner/admin cannot “log in as” another user (but a ticket for an impersonation/admin view was noted and is being addressed).
6.0 will provide more flexibility in assignment and notification behavior to better support different organizational models.
Topic: Notifications & Admin Controls
Challenge: New hires need onboarding to notification settings; admins want easier ways to verify user setups.
Key points:
Users must enable specific mobile/web notification toggles per campaign to receive texts and call alerts. This often requires a walkthrough when onboarding AMs.
Requested admin features: owner “log in as” another user and easier centralized email/calendar configuration; these are on the roadmap for 6.0 improvements.
Topic: Buyers, Buyer AI Fields & Dispo Improvements
Challenge: Making buyer outreach and matching scalable and contextual.
Key points:
REsimpli already captures buyer AI fields (via recorded calls and notes): buy box, property type, cash buyer flag, preferences, etc.
The AI summary and AI fields populate automatically from call transcripts and notes so you can filter buyers by these fields.
Upcoming dispo features (post-6.0): Dispo voice (AI calling buyers with context), richer deal-matching (AI scans your seller database and scores best matches for a buyer), and outbound dispo automation that references existing AI fields before asking missing qualifying questions.
The goal: faster, more accurate matching of deals to buyers inside your own database before cold outreach.
Topic: Dialer, List Stacking & Call Efficiency
Challenge: Need for multi-line dialing like Mojo/other dialers.
Key points:
Current dialer: single-line dialer is available today (filter a list → Add to Dialer → click-to-call with quick disposition options).
6.0 will introduce multi-line (tri-line) dialing and list-stacking features across sellers, buyers, and list pulls. You’ll be able to add filtered lists to a dialer queue and use a triple-line dialer.
You can swap caller number per call today, but changing the outbound number can persist for the lead unless you switch it back manually (a UX issue Tyler acknowledged).
Topic: Websites, Listings & Buyer Site Limitations
Challenge: Current buyer site template is very limited; users want more templates or custom sites that integrate cleanly.
Key points:
Seller site templates exist and are decent; buyer/dispo listing templates are sparse and not very customizable today.
Tyler will raise adding more listing/buyer site templates and improved customization (or easier webhook/web integration) with Sharad and the team.
Workarounds: manual copy/paste of listing data or using AI summary to generate listing descriptions; support can copy Tyler’s drip campaigns into your workspace if you ask via live chat.
Topic: Integrations & Marketplace Ideas
Challenge: Users want external marketplaces and buyer sources to integrate (InvestorLift / InvestorBase).
Key points:
The open API and webhooks in 6.0 will open up possibilities for automating connections with marketplaces, buyer lists, and external data providers.
Tyler noted future dispo features will ingest buyer data, reach out to buyers already in your database, and also cold skip-trace or reach out to sold agents in the market.

Best Advice from the Session
6.0 will solve many long-standing UX and automation issues — set aside time to test it when it launches (Aug 15) and try the Autonomous trial when available.
Use AI to scale repeatable tasks (SMS, initial qualification, follow-ups) but keep humans in the loop for financial decisions until you trust the AI’s classifications.
Standardize notification and assignment settings for new hires; consider a short onboarding session where you walk through mobile/web notification toggles and campaign subscriptions.
Build rich buyer and seller AI fields (use voice calls and notes) so disposo and matching become more accurate — cleaner data drives better automation.
If you need faster integration or templates, open a feature request and provide use-cases — the product team is actively adding customer-requested items into the 6.0 roadmap.
If you were on the call, Tyler shared links in chat to previous Mastermind recordings and offered to send resources via support. Keep submitting feedback — the 6.0 and Autonomous roadmap is being shaped by user requests.
