When are my List Builder credits used?
Only when you export the data from List Builder to List Stacking or CSV. If you don’t export any data then it does not count towards your monthly credits.
How many Skip Tracing credits are included in my account?

How do Skip Tracing credits work?
When you click into any property detail, we automatically Skip Trace that record to show you any phone numbers and email addresses available. These details do not count towards your monthly Skip Tracing credits.
Your Skip Tracing credits only get used up when you Skip Trace from within List Stacking or Leads.

Yes, the Conversational AI will respond to any active lead 24 hours a day, ensuring no message goes unanswered.
How quickly will the Conversational AI respond to the seller?
The Conversational AI responds within 20 seconds. This slight delay is intentional to make the reply feel more natural and human-like, rather than instant and robotic.
Can I have both a Drip Campaign and Conversational AI active on a lead?
Yes, both can be active at the same time. However, if the lead responds, the Conversational AI will take over and automatically stop the Drip Campaign to avoid sending duplicate or redundant messages.

How do I use Meet Grade AI?
To use Meet Grade AI, open the iOS or Android app and go to the Lead Detail page. Tap the top-right menu and select In-Person Recording.
REsimpli AI will begin recording the meeting. Once it’s finished, tap Stop and Save—the recording will be automatically added to the lead’s Activity Log.
Is there a time limit for recording an in-person meeting?
Yes, the maximum duration for recording an in-person meeting is currently 60 minutes.
Can I answer a call or record a video while recording an in-person meeting?
No, you cannot answer a call or record a video during an in-person meeting recording. This limitation is imposed by Apple and Google and also applies to your phone’s native voice memo app.

Changes to who owns the buyer contact
When adding a new buyer contact, the primary account owner is no longer selected by default. Previously, you couldn’t uncheck the owner, but with this update, assigning the primary account holder is now optional.

Automatic Task Due Date update
Tasks linked to the Under Contract or Scheduled Closing Date will now automatically update if either date changes.
For example, if a task is set for 3 days after the Scheduled Closing Date and the original date is May 15, the task will be due on May 18. If the closing date is updated to May 20, the task due date will automatically adjust to May 23.
Email Marketing - past campaign filters
When creating an audience from a past campaign, you can now filter by ‘Not Opened’ and ‘Not Clicked’.
General Purpose phone number
You can now purchase a General Purpose phone number to call and text leads, buyers, and vendors.
If an existing contact reaches out via call or SMS, their Activity Log will be updated automatically. For new contacts, the call recording or message will be saved in the Activity Log, allowing you to easily add them as a contact.

We have integrated with LinqBlue to allow you to send iMessages to any of your contacts (leads, buyers or vendors)

New ‘Last Dialed’ Column in Dialer
A new ‘Last Dialed’ column has been added to the Dialed tab in List Stacking Dialer.
Each time you make a call, the contact moves to the bottom of the list, while uncalled contacts rise to the top. This makes it easy to pick up where you left off and ensures you’re always prioritizing contacts you haven’t reached out to recently.
