Zach Mitchell has been a real estate investor for 6 years and has been a part of the REsimpli family for the last year and a half. Over this time, he has seen substantial growth in his business by utilizing his small team and the features within REsimpli to go from 1-2 monthly deals to 5-6 contracts and deals closed on average every month. This trajectory was achieved through Zach’s determination and his ability to maneuver into the REsimpli system, utilizing its various features in order to set up proper marketing channels and organize his business.
Zach had been operating in Charleston, South Carolina for most of his investing career, however, due to legislation issues, has recently moved his business to the Virginia Beach Market. With his small team of 2 lead managers, they sustain a healthy inflow of leads and deals each month, looking to soon scale up.
Zach’s experience with REsimpli has been nothing short of positive. He has had his fair share of experience with different CRM systems, all of which were not built for real estate investors, but he believes REsimpli is the best system for real estate investors, and is made for this business.
