Ephrem Bekere is a real estate investor based in Central Pennsylvania, and he does most of his business out of there. While he does wholesaling and flips, Ephrem focuses mostly on rentals and plans to expand that in the near future. He has been a part of the REsimpli family for 3+ years, and plans on using it for the long term future. Ephrem works in tandem with his wife, alongside an acquisitions manager and a team of virtual assistants to run the business smoothly. While they do a small number of 2-3 deals a month, they are usually netting a profit of 20-25k on average.
