Chad Young has been in the real estate investing game for just over 4 years and has seen great success, looking to eclipse around 200 deals in 2024. His journey with REsimpli began in REsimpli’s infancy, and Chad and his small team have been expanding their operations over the last 4 years in two different markets.

Operating Market

Chad lives in Post Falls, Idaho, but operates in two different markets: Spokane, Washington and Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. While these two areas are only 10 minutes apart, Spokane has a very easy market where Chad does around 80% of his business and the Coeur d’Alene market is one of the toughest markets. His business revolves around fix & flips, wholesaling and also now expanding into land development.
