Chad Young has been in the real estate investing game for just over 4 years and has seen great success, looking to eclipse around 200 deals in 2024. Operating Market

Chad lives in Post Falls, Idaho, but operates in two different markets: Spokane, Washington and Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. While these two areas are only 10 minutes apart, Spokane has a very easy market where Chad does around 80% of his business and the Coeur d’Alene market is one of the toughest markets. His business revolves around fix & flips, wholesaling and also now expanding into land development.
